Muis translates, 'They continue (stand) this day FOR lª- thy judgments' - i:e., for the purpose of executing them, as obedient "servants." As the Psalmist often throughout the psalm looks for the judgments of God to vindicate Israel's and his cause against the enemy, this interpretation seems preferable.
