The LORD upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down.
The Lord upholdeth all that fall - namely, the godly when they fall (Psalms 37:17; Psalms 37:24).
And raiseth up all (those that be) bowed down. Psalms 146:8 borrows this verse.
