The Hebrew admits of either translation here and Psalms 150:4. I prefer the English version. Rhythmical movements, accompanied with music, were usual on solemn occasions of joy (Exodus 15:20-21; Psalms 30:11; Jeremiah 31:4; Jeremiah 31:13).
