Psalms 38:6

I am troubled; I am bowed down greatly; I go mourning all the day long.

I am troubled - Hebrew, ( `aawah (H5753)), na`ªweetiy (H5753) - literally, 'I am made to writhe;' I am in contortions. In Isaiah 21:3 it is translated, "I was bowed down" - namely, with pain.
