Mine eye also shall see (my desire) on mine enemies, (and) mine ears shall hear (my desire) of the wicked that rise up against me - (Psalms 91:8.) The words introduced in the English version, "my desire," imply a desire for vengeance in the Psalmist which is not in the original-literally, 'Mine eye also shall look upon mine enemies (those who lie in wait for me х shuwr (H7790)]), and mine ears shall hear of those that rise against me (namely) evil-doers;' i:e., shall see and hear how the Lord recompenses their evil on themselves.
