CHAP. II.

      I. The apostle expresses concern for the Colossians, Colossians 2:1-3. II. He repeats it again, Colossians 2:5. III. He cautions them against false teachers among the Jews (Colossians 2:4; Colossians 2:6; Colossians 2:7), and against the Gentile philosophy, Colossians 2:8-12. IV. He represents the privileges of Christians, Colossians 2:13-15. And, V. Concludes with a caution against the judaizing teachers, and those who would introduce the worship of angels, Colossians 2:16-23.
