To open his mouth; to make his apology, and to speak in his own defence. A matter of wrong; as murder, theft, or any such injury, which judges do usually determine of. Reason would that I should bear with you; I would endure any trouble to hear and understand it, I should think it my duty to suffer you to say as much as you would in your case.
