Which are of the house of Chloe— Grotius supposes Fortunatus and Achaicus mentioned ch. 1 Corinthians 16:17 to have been her sons. We may observe, that St. Paul uses twice, in the compass of this and the preceding verse, the word brethren, as a term of union and friendship, in order to put an end to their divisions.
