For all things are yours, &c.] Haec est magnae nostrae Chartulae Epitome, saith Sam. Ward. This is an epitome of the Church's grand grant or charter. A Christian hath interest in, and right to, all these things, 1. Entirely, Ephesians 1:23; Ephesians 2:10; Colossians 3:11. Colossians 3:2. Refinedly, the curse is removed, Galatians 3:13; Proverbs 10:22. Proverbs 10:3. Really, 1 Corinthians 7:31; Ephesians 1:23. Ephesians 1:4. Safely, Proverbs 1:33; Proverbs 5:1,23. Serviceably, Romans 8:28. Romans 8:6. Satisfyingly, Psalms 22:26. So that the poor Christian, saith one, is like the usurer, who goes meanly and fares hard, but hath thousands out at use.
