And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.
Ver. 23. Compel them] This may be meant (saith Mr Perkins) of the Christian magistrate; for that is the magistrate's duty in respect of the outward profession.
